InnerSpace Displays at California Green Summit and Exposition 2010
Green California is a trade show designed to inform government efforts toward sustainability. Most of our products and solutions have efficiencies that can translate to a decreased carbon footprint and less wasted embodied energy over time. At the Summit we promoted Cubic Designs mezzanines, PortaFab modular offices, Columbia lockers and partitions, Lennox, Penco, Borroughs, and Rousseau.

InnerSpace LEED / Green Building Information
|
|
InnerSpace has worked on dozens of green building projects in California. With our new, full-time LEED AP on staff we are able to help you squeeze every dollar out of your investment and obtain the greatest LEED points possible.
Standardized products are mass produced off site for easy assembly with very little debris on-site. This reduces waste, space, and disruption to occupants for greater productivity. Standard products have high recycled content of 25% post consumer material or more. Many of our products have other environmental and occupational benefits. Please contact our LEED AP for more information.

Modular office walls for offices and conference rooms. Install with a minimum disruption as materials come preconfigured and install in a matter of days. Renovations and remodels preserve materials and allow expansion with a minimum of materials and disruption to current occupants. Indoor glazing reduces noise, providing some privacy while simultaneously enhancing the atmosphere, outside views, and increased daylighting. Modular construction minimizes the disruption to occupants, significantly lowers VOC's and promotes the reuse of building materials contributing to multiple LEED points. In addition, depreciation tax benefits significantly lowers the financial burden of higher up-front costs when compared to traditional construction.

High-density storage systems help reduce the footprint of the building by maximizing storage capacity. Fewer aisles are needed as cabinets slide rails to access concealed items. Systems are modular and can grow and move with your business.

Lockers for employees, clubs, or other environments can be made with sustainably harvested wood or recycled plastic at increasingly competitive prices. InnerSpace can help you determine the right material for your application and LEED point requirements.

Mezzanines and in plant offices enable you to use existing space more efficiently without having to relocate or add on. Steel materials add to recycled content credits and have little on-site debris. Installation takes days and depreciation as equipment adds another financial advantage.

Other considerations in green building and sustainable development:
- Many of our solutions are inherently sustainable. Even our most competitive products can earn you LEED points.
- Sometimes up front costs can be higher but long-term benefits deliver bottom line returns in employee productivity and accelerated depreciation.
- Smart designs can reduce the high up front costs. InnerSpace experts can help you balance competing agendas to deliver lasting value at an affordable price.
- Understand the big picture. Avoid buying features that sound nice but do not work the way you do.
- Preserves your assets. Modular design is re-configurable and re-locatable, with a manufacturer warrantee.
- Save money. Save on maintenance expenses, energy costs, insurance premiums and the cost of other options.
